Would you like to work as a Principal Cyber Security Researcher in a brand new team on a project that very few banks are undertaking? Would you like to work for a Forbes Listed bank, one of the largest in the world?
About the role & team
My partner client (who we have placed 300+ contractors with over the years) have embarked on a new, leading project that only a small handful of banks are undertaking - which involves a brand new team of 4 Security Researchers (1 role remaining) reporting in to the Head of Security and working in a new Centre of Excellence for Security Research.
You will be working with great people from all different backgrounds (Software Development, Physics backgrounds etc.) and will be expected on site in Sheffield from time to time.
Your role will involve using your technical knowledge to research and identify vulnerabilities in the system, you must be keeping up to date with the latest data and trends within Cyber and testing ways to break the unbreakable.
Skills needed
People who tend to fit well in this team bring experience of Infrastructure Pen Testing, Mobile Pen Testing, or have branched out to expand their skills in a number of different areas like Embedded, Software Development etc.
Note: You don't necessarily have to have Banking experience specifically however that would be advantageous.
